Lifesaving Sport 3 – Manikin Tow and Manikin Carry

RLSS Avon & North Wiltshire Branch, in conjunction with the British Universities Lifesaving Clubs Association (BULSCA), are pleased to present a series of Lifesaving Sport training sessions open to all RLSS West Region Lifesavers.

This FREE session will concentrate on the skills required for competitive starts, tumble turns and relay changeovers. Presented by top BULSCA lifesavers, this session is suitable for lifesavers of any ability aged 8+.

Please bring: your swimming costume, fins/flippers (if you have them), goggles, towel, and plenty to drink. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (if accompanying a child you are welcome to join in or watch the training from the poolside seating).
