Rescue Medley Training with Rebecca Coales

Rebecca Coales is a record-breaking Bristolian freediver – have a look at her website at www.omdiver.co.uk. She can swim 145m underwater without fins (that’s nearly 6 lengths of the University of Bristol pool)! Or 186m on a single breath wearing a mono-fin (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeV35fum4rw for footage of Rebecca in action).

Rebecca will be visiting Bristol University on 30 January to run some Rescue Medley training. The training will start at 9am sharp with a theory session, then we’ll hop into the pool to put some of the theory into practice. This session is free to A&NW lifesavers.
