For Service Honours, please enter the year they started their continuous service with the RLSS/Club/Organisation/ATC

For Service Honours, please enter how many years they have been in continuous service with the RLSS/Club/Organisation/ATC

For Merit honours, please enter a short description of why you are submitting them for a Merit Honour. Some Merit Honours require a citation - please include as much information as possible to help the Branch decide who should be submitted for an Honour. A lack of information may result in the nomination being declined by the Branch or National Honours Committee.

Thank you for your time in submitting this nomination. It will be sent to the Chairman and Secretary of the Gloucestershire Branch for consideration at the next Honours Committee Meeting. We will not be able to reply to each nomination submitted with a decision. Once Honours are confirmed by the National Honours Committee and all receiptants have been notified, the West Region Honours page will be updated.
