The finals of the National Lifesaving Championships will take place at Ponds Forge in Sheffield on Saturday 19th November.

Every year many competitors make it through to the final heat of the Championships representing their Region. In order to get to the finals, competitors first compete in Branch and Regional heats of the competition. In recent years, the West Region have done really well, with lots of new competitors progressing all the way to the final!
