This event is for anyone who wants to know what Lifesaving Sport is, how to get involved or how to develop further within Sport. The event is aimed at Rookie Instructors, Trainer Assessors of all disciplines, ASA Swimming Clubs, Lifesaving Clubs and Sports Centres.

The day will introduce those attending to Lifesaving Sport, the new West Region Virtual League and how to integrate Lifesaving Sport into your training sessions at all levels. The day will also have a wet session where the events for the Virtual League can be tried and practical teaching tips given – so bring along a towel and your swimming costume!
